La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino ★★★★

ALL the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was very nice, clean, and the kitchen had high end small appliances like a KitchenAid drink mixer and Cuisinart toaster. The kitchen was also fully furnished with nice table ware, silverware and everything needed to cook your own meal if you wanted to. The property was well maintained & grounds were manicured. However, they were building a new activity building and adding 2 new pools, so there was a lot of construction. It will be amazing when complete. The activity center - the staff worked very hard to provide a variety of activities daily for all ages. We participated in the Aruba Aloe Scrub making class. So much fun and we really loved making a product we could enjoy at home. Citro Spa - we had the 80 minute full body massage and loved the experience so much that we returned the next day for the 50 minute head and shoulders massage. The Spa is very close to the beach so you can easily play at the beach until your appointment. Places to eat on property: The Islander - the food was good, but they had a limited menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great wait staff! Las Ramblas - beautiful view overlooking the beach & ocean, meals were outstanding!! Waitstaff was awesome too. Eduardo' - smoothies & protein bowls. Every smoothie we tried was very tasty. Sbarro - pizza, hot dogs, nachos, fast food. Also good for a quick bite to eat. Cinnabon - fresh cinnamon rolls, variety of coffees (iced and hot), other quick snacks. Ice Cream/Dessert shop - they had THE BEST ice cream and desserts!!!! You could buy an entire cake if you wanted to! THE MOST IMPORTANT - LOCATION!!! Eagle Beach is literally right in front of La Cabana. A very very easy walk. And La Cabana have made the passage to Eagle Beach very safe and handicap accessible.

Once the construction is complete the pool area will be amazing!

I liked the access to the pool, the beach, the attention of the staff in general nice stay.

They only focus on the apartments facing the pool, however, those facing the street, there is no way to sit and enjoy on the terrace, because there are too many mosquitoes, it seems to me that they should fumigate.

I did not like the set up on the 1 bedroom suite. I don’t love opening our door directly into the bedroom.

I loved how safe it was, everyone had a mask on, the staff cleaned all the beach chairs and chairs outside the pool, the pizza was great! the restaurants were amazing, the bar staff was wonderful and the music and how relaxing it was, i have a 7 -year-old and a 16-year-old and they loved the pool, the beach the room, I got a one-bedroom apartment and my kids slept in the sofa bed and I and my husband had the bedroom. Egal Beach !!!! WOW The beach is right in front they have chairs for us and umbrellas

Bed bugs an awful smell on arrival informed staff twice just sprayed room my grandson woke up covered in bed bug bites He’s 6 distraught response average still waiting for compensation they charge 25 dollars a day tax Which eagle don’t the next resort

The location and that's about it!!

Pool area was loud with screaming guests at the pool. Bartender was not friendly AT ALL. We even tipped generously, but that didn't help. Room was VERY dark and dingy looking for $300/night....so overpriced for what you get. I will go back to Palm Beach area again even though the beach here is nicer. You have nicer hotels there.

Friendly, informative staff, clean, great location on Eagle Beach. Best resort in Aruba! Delicious restaurants, great service at bar. Highly recommend!!! I can not say enough about the outstanding staff, they go over and beyond to make your stay exceptional . The ONLY resort I will ever stay at in Aruba.
